As a Direct Care Worker, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting in providing essential services directly to our residents, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and support.

**About You**
- **Team Member**:Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, fostering a supportive and cooperative atmosphere and willingness to provide assistance and cooperation to fellow members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- **Effective Communicator**: Sound interpersonal and communication skills for connecting with individuals from diverse cultures, backgrounds and circumstances with respect and empathy, ensuring inclusive care for all.
- **Confidentiality**:Uphold strict confidentiality standards, demonstrating discretion in all interactions and maintaining the privacy of sensitive information.
- **Time Management**:Ability to meet deadlines and timeframes, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.
- **Initiative**: Ability to perform under limited direction, exercising judgement and initiative in executing day to day responsibilities effectively.

**Essential Criteria**
- Completion of an AQF Certificate III relevant to the position
- Experience in providing a direct care service in a health related field
- Experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled clients
