Great opportunity for a Second Officer for an initial period of 4-5 months

The Second Officer works directly under the Chief Officer. It is their duty to keep the Chief Officer informed of everything of interest within the area of work.

The Second Officer responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Vessel shall have two watch-keeping deck officers. Both shall carry out watches/duties which are relevant to offshore schedule working pattern. Both have to familiarize in order to relieve Chief Officer when necessary.
- Responsible for ensuring that the sailing plan for the forthcoming journey is completed and submitted to the Master for signing, and that charts and publications are made ready.
- Responsible for corrections of navigation charts and publications
- Shall prepare/complete reports, logs entries, checklists and any other reports as per instructions.

Valid CoC STCW

Valid Medical

Full DP Licence

Minimum 2 years experience as Second Officer
