As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.
**About Goodstart Stafford**:
Goodstart Early Learning Stafford is a purpose-built early learning centre which caters for children aged from six weeks to 6 years of age. Our centre has been part of the community for more than 19 years. In 2010, we were proud to be founded by Goodstart as a leading not for profit early learning provider.
We have five operational rooms, where the educators run engaging educational, play-based programs. We have 22 educators who work in our five-room centre, and each of them forms a part of our successful working team. We have 75 places a day across the centre, so everyone feels welcome and knows each other.
Our centre boasts lovely, shaded playgrounds, plentiful resources, highly trained educators, and our security lock on the front door provides families with extra peace of mind. We have a centre cook who prepares meals fresh on the premises daily.
Our educators are all dedicated early childhood professionals and thoroughly love what they do. They take great pride in their rooms and will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome.

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Queensland Working with Children Check
