We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to manage our warehouse operations and assist with the transportation and setup of furniture and styling items.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warehouse Organisation**:

- Reorganise and maintain the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.
- Implement systems for inventory management and tracking.
- Prepare and stage furniture and styling items for upcoming installations.
- **Logistics and Transportation**:

- Load and unload furniture and heavy items safely.
- Transport items to and from properties using a company-provided vehicle.
- Ensure timely delivery and pickup aligned with project schedules.
- **On-Site Setup and Pack Down**:

- Assist in the setup of furniture and styling elements at client properties.
- Carefully pack down and return items post-installation.
- **Planning and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the styling team to anticipate project needs.
- Create and manage checklists to ensure all items are accounted for.
- Pre-plan logistics to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Physically capable of handling heavy items safely.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Valid ABN and Open Car License.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and project needs.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Experience in the home styling or furniture industry.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
