We are an established, family-owned private extended hours Kindergarten for 3-5yr old children.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated educators of all qualifications (Diplomas and ECTS) to join our growing team 5 days per week in a permanent full-time capacity. Our high-quality education and care services are beautifully designed, boasting strong occupancy acrosss our pre-school rooms and a positive work environment.

We foster and strongly encourage community participation and engagement, teamwork, sense of agency, decision making, problem solving, conflict resolution skills, independence, self
- love and opportunities for learning through our varied and challenging curriculum. Our Wellbeing curriculum includes Yoga, dance, Positive Affirmations, Bucket Filling, Relaxation and Meditation. We have a large indoor space with many open-ended play areas for children to play and learn in, both individually and in small and large groups.

Minimum Requirements include:

- Completed a relevant qualification
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- A current Working with Children Check (Employer)
- A knowledge of Children’s services regulation, The Victorian Early Years Learning Framework and The National Quality Framework
- Passion and ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and colleagues
- Strong written and clearly spoken communication skills
- Your personal teaching philosophy
- Child protection certificate (CHCPRTOOO1/2) or willing to obtain

**Salary**: $24.00 - $40.00 per hour
