This position provides specialist support to the business users of the Client Management system, The Lookout Way. Responsibilities include but not limited to, responding to and resolving user queries, delivering training, maintaining datasets such as rates schedules and profiles. The position is also responsible for assisting the administration stream within the ABS team where required.

About the opportunity

As System Support Officer, you’ll use your problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, time management and patience to help even more for all who need us. Having clear communication, understanding user issues by listening actively and maintaining a professional, courteous approach are the key qualities for this role.
