Motel Manager

We are looking for a Motel Manager to assist in the day-to-day operations of The Tree Motel, Narooma. Reporting to the remote Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Management and/or supervisory experience in motel operations, with a focus on housekeeping.
- Being the face of the business, with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Overseeing accounting and purchasing activities and understanding priorities while working within budget constraints.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- On-going development and reporting of operational budgets.
- Training and development of on-site staff.

**Salary**: $56,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
