Only About Children Rhodes is a warm and inviting 156 place childcare centre with two incredible outdoor learning environments. These outdoor spaces, separated for nursery and toddler children (0-3 years) and preschool children (3-6 years), encourage engaging and creative experiences. Our younger children have a sandpit, curve hill and garden beds, whilst our preschoolers have a bike track, sandpit, cubby house, deck and garden beds. Our children love to enjoy the fruit, vegetables and flowers of their own gardens Our 10 age-based indoor spaces are designed to encourage children to learn and grow, at their age and stage of development, in a secure ‘home away from home' environment.
**Role**:

- Ensure child safety and welfare at all times
- Actively supervise and interact with children
- Ensure children are educated and cared for to the highest standard
- Ensure every child is able to engage with educators in meaningful, open interactions that support the acquisition of skills for life and learning
- Interact with each child in a warm and responsive way and build trusting relationships
- Facilitate a nurturing and loving environment for the children at the campus
- Provide childcare services that comply with the national regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF), and support the Early Years Learning Framework
- Work as a team and ensure that you support and respect other team members. Provide our families with exceptional customer service at all times
- Ensure that all families are communicated with in a warm and professional manner. Pay attention to greeting and farewelling the families each day, sharing information about their child's day

To be successfull you will need
- ACEQCA approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
- Experience with documentation & planning
- Ability to form partnerships with families to reach the best possible outcomes for each child
- An understanding of mandatory reporting obligations
- WWCC & any other relevent certifications
