**The role and team**:
Talent Acquisition plays a critical role here with NAB and this team aims to consult deeply and add real value to hiring experience across the enterprise.

The successful individual will manage and oversee a critical portfolio of roles across the Banking and operations space here at NAB. You will be skilled at the fundamentals of recruitment, be comfortable using tools such as LinkedIn to partner with the business and provide high level insights and guidance to our hiring leaders. You will be able to leverage your network to source hard to fill/niche positions and have a proactive approach to strategic sourcing.
- Drive full 360-degree management and delivery across a portfolio of banking vacancies
- Act and display trusted consulting and advisory skills to your portfolio including the use of external insights, industry knowledge, trends, data, and insights.
- Partner and collaborate with Stakeholders to educate and influence hiring outcomes, and deliver exceptional recruitment processes and experiences
- Maintain efficient time to fill metrics and TA SLA’s
- Work collaboratively with other Associates and Consultant’s sharing knowledge and insights
- Identify continuous improvement in processes and procedures and assist with ongoing solutions

**What you’ll bring**:

- 2-4 years demonstrated recruitment and or talent acquisition experience gained either from internal, boutique or agency
- Passionate in providing commercial and pragmatic solutions to complex problems
- Strong stakeholder management, ability to interact, negotiate, influence and work with stakeholders spanning different levels
- Previous exposure working with an applicant tracking tools (preference for PageUp)
- Ability to think on your feet and to communicate and influence up and down business stream (both verbal and written)
- Passion for social branding and marketing that aligns to NAB’s Employee Value Proposition
- Exceptional skills using Linked Recruiter, searching and Talent Insights platforms
- Experience with head hunting and proactive Talent Acquisition strategies
