Previous experience with Genie medical practice software will be highly

regarded.

Your **responsibilities will include** (but not be limited to):
Answering the telephone and booking patients

General reception duties

Managing patient invoicing and receipting

Providing quotes for patients

Confirmation of appointment bookings

**About the Role**

This is a part-time position, 2-3 days per week.

The practice is open from 8am and usual hours will be 8am - 4.30pm. Occasional late evenings may be required.

Located at Westmead, and you may be required to work at Norwest, Rouse Hill and Macquarie University. A drivers license is essential.

Additionally, as with all medical specialist clinics, we do require flexibility with

hours and days from time to time.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

All patients are required to wear a mask, and good hygiene practices are required of all staff. Surfaces are sanitised regularly

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Westmead, NSW 2145: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
