**ALCOVE DINING**
- Solid experience in a busy and dynamic bar work especially where the bar is attached to a fine dining a la carte restaurant
- Ability to work in an energetic, fast paced environment
- Desire to work in a positive team setting
- Proficient bar and cocktail experience
- Ability to design innovative cocktail offerings
- Good food and wine knowledge
- Highly regarded professional attitude
