Labourly, a Melbourne based Labour Hire company that is dedicated to revolutionising the Labour Hire experience for our clients is currently seeking reliable motivated General Labourer to join our team in Melbourne.

**General Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general labouring tasks as required across various sites and industries.
- Assist with building, construction, landscaping, and warehousing projects.
- Operate and maintain basic power tools and equipment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

**Role Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 months of labouring experience.
- Demonstrated ability to use basic power tools.
- Reliable transportation (own car is a prerequisite for this role).
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $32.38 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
