**About the role**:

- Well respected manufacturer of hot water systems and originally based in Croydon South are now making the move to a new premises in Bayswater and required the services of a reliable labourer to assist with the removal/demolition of previous tenants fit-out material which includes paneling and cladding.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting demolition team with removal of interior material such as refrigeration paneling and cladding
- Using drills and other hand/power tools to unscrew panels from walls
- Removal of rubbish to skips
- General cleanup of site

**Requirements**:
**Key requirements**:

- Hand/power tool knowledge and/or experience
- Ability to take instruction and work in a small team
- Reliable and have the physical dexterity to work outdoors/on-site
- Own transport to get to Bayswater site
