3. Maintain a standard of excellence in the operation and presentation of the franchise in accordance with the Bucking Bull system.
Marketing
4. Ensure that professional quality customer service is delivered at all times.
5. Maintain high standards of visual food merchandising at all times.
Operations
6. Ensure you are knowledgeable in all operating procedures.
7. Practise portion control to ensure value for money is maintained and wastage is minimised.
8. Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and dress standards.
9. Maintain a high level of food handling and food safety standards.
10. Use the cleaning roster to ensure the maintenance is always of a high standard.

Retail &/or Food Service experience would be very highly regarded.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $29.23 per hour
