Bartender/server

We’re looking for a part-time bartender/waitress to join our team at The Bungalow Petersham, located at 340 Stanmore Road, Petersham.

This is a front-of-house role combining both bar and floor service. We’re after someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting.

Shifts available:

- Thursday: 4:30 PM - 9:30 PM
- Friday: 4:30 PM - 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 4:30 PM - 10:00 PM
- Alternating Sundays: 4:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Key responsibilities:

- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Making basic cocktails and pouring wine/beer
- Running drinks and clearing tables
- Managing sections and providing warm, attentive service
- Opening and closing duties for bar and service area
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar, floor, and service area throughout the shift
- Collaborating with the kitchen and FOH team to deliver a great experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20.5 per week
