Finished Artist

Have you got an exceptional eye for the fine details, as well as great design? Do you know all about preparing for print and pre-press? Can you take creative layouts to finished art with total technical precision?

We’re searching for a fabulous Finished Artist to join our team Working closely with designers and directors alike, you’ll be preparing creative artwork ready for use over a wide range of print, packaging, digital and point of sale collateral. A typical day will see you taking briefs from the design team and working your magic to contour, colour-correct and retouch images to make sure they are print-ready - so it goes without saying your proofing and quality control will be top notch

**Overview of responsibilities**:

- Refining and preparing for print advertising and marketing material such as catalogues, point of sale, packaging, and press advertising in line with brand requirements
- Create/finish artwork and material as briefed by the designers to a print-ready standard
- Contour, retouch, and colour-correct images

**About you**:

- Experience in desktop publishing/page layout in InDesign and Illustrator
- High level of understanding of printing and pre-press
- Attention to detail with an eye for great design
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload within tight deadlines, using problem-solving skills
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant agency experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Formal design qualifications an advantage
- Familiar with the Mac environment, including basic troubleshooting skills
- Interest in photography and retouching skills
- Must be able to work in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat
