**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Home Care Scheduler to support the delivery of person-centred care to our clients in the community. In this role, you will work closely with Coordinators and support staff to ensure clients receive timely and consistent services that are aligned with their individual needs.

You will be responsible for managing staff rosters, allocating shifts and responding to scheduling needs with care and efficiency. This includes creating effective rosters, supporting continuity of care, and maintaining up-to-date and accurate data in our client and staff management systems. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service and collaborative teamwork.

**About you**

With a genuine passion for supporting others and delivering outstanding customer service, you'll bring empathy, energy, and a proactive mindset, along with:

- A Certificate III in Office Administration, Business, or equivalent (desirable)
- Rostering experience, ideally within aged care services
- Availability to participate in an on-call and weekend rotating roster
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Initiative and excellent problem-solving skills
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
