We have numerous ongoing civil projects available and are seeking a Dump Truck Operators to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain our Dump Truck machines on various civil construction sites around Sydney.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards in line with industry and company guidelines.
- Execute tasks with high productivity and precision, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
- Team up closely with project managers, wider site teams, and other operational staff.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and minor maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all company policies regarding health, and environmental practices.

Our jobs are spread throughout Sydney and NSW, allowing constant work being available. ASAP starts are also available.

**To be considered you will have**:

- Valid licence and certificates required for operating heavy machinery. i.e. VOC and SOA in Dump Truck
- A valid Australian driver’s license and a Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card).
- Experience operating a Dump Truck ideally 3+ years.
- The passion to work collaboratively in a team and be able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to work safely and efficiently, with strong attention to detail.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 47.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus
