To be successful in this role, you will be required to safely operate a forklift and have good physical fitness as some manual handling is involved.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately selecting and preparing items for shipment based on customer orders.
- Utilising computer systems and third-party logistics (3PL) portals to schedule and coordinate the shipment of orders.
- Safely and efficiently handling the movement of materials and products onto and off of trucks or other transportation vehicles.
- Operating forklifts and order stackers in a safe and responsible manner.
- Demonstrating the capability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Paying close attention to detail when picking, packing, and organising orders to ensure accuracy in fulfilling customer requirements.

Key Requirements:

- Current forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
- Knowledge and understanding of up-to-date warehousing practices, techniques, and processes.
- Being driven and proactive in approaching tasks and responsibilities without constant supervision.
- Efficiently organising and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and achieve productivity goals.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, software, and 3PL portals for tasks such as order processing, inventory management, and dispatch arrangements.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, including effective communication skills.
- Having the capability to work independently and take initiative in completing tasks while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
