**YOUR Role.... **as Kitchen Hand you will be responsible for assisting cooks and chefs in the preparation and storing of food, washing dishes, kitchen utensils and cleaning work areas. There could be a requirement for the employee to perform other duties as required from time to time. It may be necessary for the employee to travel to other services/sites as required.

**YOUR responsibilities....**
- Assist the chef/cook in the preparation of cooking of food as required.
- Wash and clean utensils and dishes and ensure they are stored properly.
- Clean food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas.
- Clean up villages as they occur.
- Dispose of rubbish.
- Follow all hygiene and Health and Safety regulations within the kitchen.
- Maintain and monitor the company Food Safety Program.
- Follow direction toward portion control, cooking standards an wastage

**Requirements**:

- Police check
- Vaccinated
- First Aid/CPR
