**Role Summary**:
The Brand and Production Lead role is a 12-month maternity leave cover opportunity in our Brand, Marketing and Communications Team based at our Forrest Centre site.

The Brand and Production Lead is accountable for the brand architecture, driving strong attribution and maintaining integrity, consistency, and growth. As the brand guardian, the Production Lead champions a unified brand, managing the visual strategy across all assets for internal and external channels.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Lead the visual articulation of the Synergy brand and manage the master Brand Guidelines.
- Manage Synergy’s production capabilities to ensure a consistent look and feel for all internal and external communication activities. This includes the brand architecture, style guide, digital asset management system (DAMS) and delivery of creative assets including TV commercials, radio ads, print, video and social.
- Provides brand governance and advice to align projects, collateral and creative material to Synergy’s brand identity.
- Manage the relationship with design partners and production vendors to produce required material and maintain integrity and consistency across the brand.
- Manage Synergy’s external agency partnerships including contract management and performance evaluation.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in brand strategy, management and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns
- Both agency and client-side marketing and advertising experience.
- 5-8 years’ experience in brand development
