**Design Manager**

Due to a new partnered bid for the highly anticipated Geelong Convention Centre ($260 mil PPP) as well as a large pipeline of ongoing work Lendlease Construction is seeking a new Design Manager to permanently join our VIC team.

With a national delivery capability, combined with a sector-focussed approach, Lendlease Building provides innovative and industry-leading project management, design and construction services driven by detailed sector knowledge and experience. We push boundaries to create iconic places that are innovative, sustainable, and commercially viable. Our Building business is renowned for market-leading project management, design, and construction services.

**The Role**

As Design Manager, you will act as the client’s design point of contact with a strong focus on the management of consultant design teams and coordination with the cost planning and construction team. Leading a number of design packages, you will review compliance, chair design meetings, manage document control and ensure all technical requirements are met.
