Reporting to the Operations Manager, from our Bayswater depot, this newly created position will include maintaining a fleet of offshore subsea baskets, containers, baskets, and workshops.

The person we are looking for in this role would also need to be very motivated and self-driven. While no formal qualification is required for this position, a hands-on approach with the capability to work independently and grow with the business is key. The successful applicant must be a resourceful individual, who is able to solve problems using their own initiative.
- Excellent safety procedures.
- Working at heights (up to 3m)
- Fleet/asset coordination experience
- Able to safely operate various hand tools/power tools.
- Basic welding skills
- Understand the process of preventative maintenance.
- Understanding of the offshore lifting standard would be highly regarded.
- Basic computer skills
- Strong ability to build effective internal and external working relationships at all levels.
- Be fit and healthy.
- Be adaptable and flexible with work processes and a “Can Do” attitude.

Tickets and Qualifications
- A current driver’s licence, with a safe driving history.
- A forklift ticket. Mnium 10Tn Forklift
- Basic welding skills

This position will evolve as the business grows and we are looking for a long-term mindset approach from the person we seek to employ.

The role will be Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm. Or as agreed.

$38 per hour

4 Weeks annual leave

Pay: $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Performance bonus
