**Duties**
- Support young people with daily routines and care
- Build trust and model positive relationships
- Create safe, structured therapeutic environments
- Respond calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
- Work with teams to deliver individualised care plans

**Skills & Experience**
- Diploma of Community Services or currently studying or be eligible for an exemption.
- Valid Driver’s License, First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening & Working with Children Check
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, empathetic
- Available for a range of shifts
