Fino Seppeltsfield, now in its tenth year is one of South Australia's leading regional restaurants dedicated to serving exceptional regional food and wine.
We work closely with local farmers, growers, producers and winemakers to deliver a genuine regional experience.

Applicants must have a genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service and relevant industry experience.
**We are looking for a hospitality professional with**:
- Exceptional customer service skills, striving to deliver a thoughtful guest experience
- A strong attention to detail
- A passion for and strong knowledge of food, wine and service
- Experience in operating systems - Point of sale, online booking systems, staff rostering software
- Strong computer literacy and online customer communication
- A positive attitude and ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on staff training and development of team culture
- The ability to contribute in the development of continued best practices within the restaurant
- Organisational and time management skills
**About the Role**
Working with the Restaurant Manager, the role is focused on the daily operations of Fino Seppeltsfield, delivering exceptional customer experiences through seamless service. This hands-on role includes but is not limited to:
- Focus on customer experience and delivery of exceptional service
- Staff supervision, development and ongoing training
- Wage controls and business development planning
- Meeting sales targets and implementing operations to continue to grow the business
- Working as part of a team and nurturing a positive team environment
- Liaising with the chef daily with menu development and delivery
- Ensuring the wine / beverage list is in line with Fino’s ethos and compliments the seasonal menu
