**What We’re Looking For**
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Fine Dining a la carte restaurant
- Have an articulated knowledge of Sequence of Service
- Have a passion for customer service
- Demonstrate high presentation and grooming standards
- The ability to work as part of an energetic team
- Hold a current NSW RSA Certificate
