**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking a **Supervisor / Sales Associate** who is passionate, self-motivated, and has a strong appreciation for fashion and individuality. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting day-to-day store operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage proactively with customers to identify needs, share product knowledge, and deliver outstanding service.
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment with peers, supervisors, and clientele.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to meet evolving business needs.
- Participate in merchandising and visual projects, including stock maintenance, floor updates, and inventory control.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in stock areas.
- Support Store Management with initiatives that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Uphold professional appearance and conduct, representing Gentle Monster’s unique style and dress standards.
- Contribute to loss prevention efforts in accordance with company policies.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of brand and product awareness.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience in luxury retail, fashion, or eyewear is highly regarded.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
