Quantity Surveyor

Evoke Living Homes is a local family owned and operated builder specialising in Modular Homes.

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Quantity Surveyor. We offer training as required and encourage growth and development within the organisation.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Implement systems and procedures for all aspects of the role or review existing as applicable
- Involvement in the pre-sale design process, consulting on best options for clients desired outcome
- Negotiate contracts, perform risk assessments, and secure advantageous terms
- Take Offs
- Collect and analyse scope of works to estimate project costs
- Design Details
- Maintaining price book
- Review contractor progress, and utilise software tools

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

- Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card) (preferred)
