**Role Description**:
As a Service Customer Service Advisor, you will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working as part of a team to ensure our customers are well supported.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Taking a leading role in driving an outstanding customer experience
- Organising bookings and service enquiries
- Managing, maintaining and growing customer relationships with fleets of all sizes
- Identify any additional service requirements and document them accordingly
- Liaise with workshop controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
