**Qualifications**
- (Position Title) AHPRA registration
- Membership with professional body
- Working with Children Check
- Victorian Police Check
- Australian driver's license
- Experience in your field (preferred but not essential)

**Salary Range**
$110,000 - $140,000 Inc Super
- Will depend on years of experience and client types you are able to see
- Will rely on your clinical training and list of optional accreditations and skills

Number of billable hours you are able to provide

**Working Hours**
Anytime between 8am-8pm (Mon-Sat)
Our clinics are open 12hours per day. You select the hours you prefer.

**What you will do**:
**In addition to the Senior Team Leader roles & responsibilities**:

- Evaluating the medical history and the movement and functional abilities of new patients
- Developing treatment plans based on medical diagnoses
- Providing patients with massage therapy to relieve soft tissue pain
- Mobilizing and manipulating muscles and joints
- Providing treatment using physiotherapy and rehabilitation equipment
- Giving patients exercises designed to strengthen and increase their motor abilities
- Showing patients exercises that they can perform on their own at home (and correcting any incorrect posture / movements)

- Adjusting plans and prescribing new treatment, where necessary
- Community based work with travel and seeing various client types across all ages
- Taking on more COMPLEX clients
- Seeing a greater variety of clients of all types
- Look at completing AT assessment and reports independently for specialized AT
- Be able to effectively supervise PT and AHA students in clinic
- Give opportunity to new grads to observe
- Be a buddy for new grad Physiotherapists
- Participate in MDT training and workshops
- Begin to build skills in particular clinical areas
- Provide mentoring and supervision for physio and new grad physios **You will also be responsible for**:

- Recruitment for staff in the team across all sites
- Management of KPIs for all staff in the team as well as team performance
- Reporting to Head of Allied Health with results of KPIs and training
- Taking on very complex and serious cases where seniors are unable to
- Hiring and firing of staff
- Resource management and budget allocation as per HEAH
