**About the Role**

This role has a primary focus on community access. It is at its core is about developing strong connections with clients ensuring they receive the support they need to continue living the life they choose at home and in their local community.

Some of your tasks will include:

- Assisting with daily activities
- Providing transport to appointments and events
- Community access
- Companionship

**About You**

We are seeking caring, friendly, compassionate, people-focused individuals with strong communication skills who want a career that truly makes a difference in the lives of others. You will also have:

- Cert IV in Disability
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance and a Victorian Driver Licence
- Complex supports experience
