We are seeking a suitably experienced Operations Manager for a highly successful manufacturing company specialising in high-end residential and commercial kitchens. With longstanding relationships with tier-one building companies, this organisation has experienced continual growth and is seeking a dedicated manager to oversee the daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the senior management team to ensure all KPIs and installation dates are achieved.
- Lead and foster a committed teamwork environment, providing training, mentoring, and supervision to the team.
- Perform new team member inductions and training.
- Monitor production and quality control standards.
- Provide guidance for the development of a manufacturing process plan, including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs, tooling, and equipment needs.
- Implement LEAN manufacturing principles.
- Conduct staff meetings and strategic planning sessions, including daily toolbox talks.

Key Requirements:

- Previous Operations/Production Management experience.
- QA & OHS experience.
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge and experience.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Sound commercial business acumen, cost consciousness, and change management experience.
- Solid communication, mathematical, professional, and computer skills.
