**Our client, a leading provider of energy storage systems, is seeking an experienced Environmental Advisor to join their team. The Environmental Advisor will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on environmental sustainability and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and maintain environmental policies and procedures in accordance with local and national regulations.
- Provide advice and guidance to the company on environmental sustainability.
- Conduct environmental audits and inspections, identify potential environmental hazards and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including monitoring, reporting, and managing environmental impacts of the company's activities.
- Provide training to employees on environmental awareness and sustainable practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with environmental regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
- Manage environmental permits and licenses.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating environmental risks.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that environmental requirements are incorporated into project plans and implemented during project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in the energy or construction industry.
- Knowledge of local and national environmental regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license.
