Experienced Fire Alarm Tester required for a national fire company

A large Fire Prevention Company is currently searching for an experienced Fire Alarm Tester - Electrician to join their dynamic team.

**Your new role**

You will be working across the Sydney Metro area working across a portfolio of retail, commercial and industrial sites where you will be responsible for the following:
Conduct thorough inspections and tests of fire doors to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Evaluate the integrity of door materials, hinges, latches, and other essential components.

Perform rigorous fire resistance tests to gauge the effectiveness of fire doors under controlled conditions.

Document and maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and findings.

Provide recommendations and implement necessary repairs or replacements.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Previous experience in fire door testing or related fields is highly desirable.

Deep knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards or defects.

Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with colleagues.

A proactive mindset and ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines.

Relevant certifications or training in fire safety and door inspection is a plus.
