We manufacture and procure a broad range of products for commercial and residential use such as laminate, engineered stone and veneers so that all Australians can live in beautiful, practical spaces.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking 8
** x safety-conscious, reliable and experienced Process Operators** to join our Gympie manufacturing site. The majority of this role will involve operating plant equipment and stacking packs of Laminex's products using a forklift, so a forklift license will be required.

4 positions will be starting in September and 4 will be starting in October.
These positions
**will be rotating shift work**. Therefore, employees will need to be able to work, day shift / night shift and weekends. Shift Workers work a 12 hour shift on a rotating roster. The current starting finish times are: 7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am, Monday - Sunday.

This opportunity is key to us delivering quality products safely to our customers and is responsible for the smooth operation of the plant. The expectations of this role will be around successfully managing the manufacturing process of our products whilst adhering to our company health and safety procedures:
**About You**:
We are looking for self starters than can also work as part of a team that has a high awareness of safety. What we are looking for are:

- Current LF Forklift license (required)
- Shift work experience and ability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster.
- Manufacturing experience (preferred)
- High safety awareness/focus
- Sound computer skills
- Confined space (preferred)
- Working at heights (preferred)
