**About our school**:
Our school opened 27 January 2021 commencing with 201 foundation students from Prep to Year 6 and is proud to provide quality learning and teaching.
We have the opportunity to develop a unique, educational learning community with the co-location of our school, the special school and the secondary school on the one site.

**Your opportunity**:
As the Administration Officer, you may undertake work across a broad range of corporate service activities, including human resource (HR), financial and facilities, and/or undertake a narrow range of duties relating to a specific corporate services function. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities for the efficient and effective provision of corporate services to support school operations.
The Administration Officer, reports to the Principal/Executive Principal or nominated delegate.

**What you need to succeed**:
Palmview State Primary School is seeking someone who can demonstrate the following:

- Knowledge of and experience with Agresso Finance (AP and AR)
- Knowledge of and experience with Staffing (both teaching and non-teaching) including SBS
- Experience with TRS and the use of the One School Supervision module
- Understanding of OneSchool and ID Attend
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and proactive.
- Demonstrated experience in managing dairies and calendars.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability in the use of Microsoft Suite products including mail merge processes and Excel.
- Ability to think logically and solve problems.
- Proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure and to manage shifting priorities and interruptions in a busy office environment.
- Strong attention to detail, including a high level of accuracy.

**Mandatory requirements**:

- When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
