This leading Aged Care provider is actively seeking an experienced Care Manager looking to step up in their career, joining as their Facility Manager to supervise and control the daily operations of a
**60-bed family-owned and operated Aged Care residence** located in
**Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.**

**The Role**
- Manage day-to-day operations of a 60-bed aged care facility
- Lead a team of care managers, ACFI coordinator and care staff
- Control of recruitment, rostering and training of staff
- Participate and lead company meetings and special projects/activities
- Focus on staff management and development to maintain a positive workplace
- Assist in budget planning - with a focus on occupancy and funding income
- Facility located in Springvale

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a Clinical leadership role in Aged Care
- Registered Nursing qualification
