**THE ROLE**

**To be considered for this role you must have high energy, enjoy working in a competitive market, and**:

- Be professional, ambitious, confident and have high levels of self-motivation and drive;
- Have excellent sales and communication skills;
- Be organised and have keen eye for detail;
- Have a high level of personal presentation.
- Have excellent people skills and be intuitive to client’s needs.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Delivering the ultimate customer experience to all customers that are in contact with the dealership
- Understanding the flexibility required working in the automotive industry;
- Striving to achieve set sales targets and KPI’s;
- Makes sales appointments with clients;
- Generate leads and enquiries through active and creative prospecting methods;
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies.

**Essential qualities and skills will be**:

- Enthusiastic and have a proven track record of sales;
- Passion for sales and the automotive industry;
- Sales and automotive experience preferable;
- Positive, motivated team player;
- A willingness to attend training programs and maintain sound knowledge on vehicle product;
- Demonstrated computer skills;
- A current driver’s licence.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $121,314.45 per year
