**About Us**

The PS Murray Princess is the largest inland paddle wheeler in the Southern Hemisphere. Accommodating a maximum of 120 guests and operating 3, 4 and 7-night cruises on the Murray River from Mannum, 87 kilometres from Adelaide, this stunning vessel attracts guests from all over Australia and the world.

**About the role**

The Cabin Galley plays an integral role in the Hospitality Operations on the Murray Princess. The Cabin Galley position involves all aspects of cabin cleaning (housekeeping) making beds daily, changing linen, cleaning bathrooms, and galley work for lunch and dinner service.

You will be working closely with all crew and as part of a small dynamic team. You will be required to maintain professionalism, demonstrate excellence in safety, and always be reliable.

This role requires energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, multi-skilling, and time management.

**About You**

- Self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude

These key requirements will be complimented by experience and skills in the following areas:

- Minimum of 1 year hotel, galley or cruise ship experience
- Certificate Qualification in Hospitality - Desirable
- Excellent attention to detail - Essential
- Food Safety Certificate - Desirable
- Customer service experience - Essential

All meals and accommodation on board the Murray Princess when rostered on duty are included. Transport from Adelaide CBD to Mannum is provided if required.
