**The Role**

Our client is a well loved fashion & lifestyle brand in Australia. This business values community and giving back and these core pillars are at the heart of everything they do. In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in leading your team towards collective and individual success through strategic sales planning, team coaching and individual succession plans.- This is a Permanent Part-time role running between Sunday-Thursday with the opportunity to potentially expand into a full-time position in the future_
- Previous experience engaging and motivating a team in a leadership role
- Proven success in delivering highly engaging and authentic customer experience
- Strong communication and time management skills
- An understanding KPIs/reporting and how to improve outcomes
- Enthusiastic and welcoming to feedback
- Possess a strong understanding of and alignment with the brand’s values and product range
- Ability to provide staff training and development, which focuses on individual opportunities leading to a positive and engaged store culture
- Through your proven experience, show a keen understanding of both local and international fashion markets

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the Store Manager in driving sales to deliver weekly/monthly/annual sales and margin targets
- Constantly delivering an excellent level of customer experience to ensure brand loyalty and an increase in customer lifetime value
- Staying accountable of the businesses results and create innovative solutions to build and improve on these
- Create a culture of growth, development and learning within your team
- Upholding the brand’s retail operational standards and procedures while leading your team through an exemplary personal standard
- Working alongside the Store Manager to ensure the store’s data integrity and loss prevention strategies are executed in line with business targets
- Nurture internal relationships with other departments and stakeholders of the business
- Maintaining the highest level of personal and store presentation standards
