As a Duty Manager, your Responsibilities and Duties include:

- Managing the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Upholding excellence in customer service
- Maintaining store merchandising standards and stock presentation
- Developing and mentoring a young passionate team
- Receiving, replenishing, and maintaining high standards of stock presentation in the store
- Ensuring stock levels are adequate, rotated, and department presentation is well maintained
- Ensuring security procedures are followed
- Learning every aspect of running a store
- Help develop, guide, and motivate a capable team of store staff of the highest quality and standard
- Minimise costs by tightly controlling inventory losses, minimizing staff turnover and maximizing productivity

Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

- Ordering and cost control expertise

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
