**Belgravia Leisure** is the proud council partner of **City of Sydney**. Together, we have made this venue a stand out community destination. Gunyama Park is an aquatic and recreation facility in Zetland, which offers indoor and outdoor pools, fitness areas, a yoga deck, and a grass sports field. It was part of the 2020 urban renewal project in the area, and became a major community hub where people come together to exercise, socialise, or accompany others to learn to swim or other group classes on offer.

**Your Role**

We need amazing Membership Consultants to help get the community excited by our offerings, and wanting to sign up for our programs and services. This will involve lots of talking, influencing and negotiating - both in person and over the phone, while also regularly conducting onsite tours of the facility.

**Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept It**
- Generating sales leads and following up customer referrals to sell memberships for Gunyama Park (and/or our other 5 centres)
- Helping to market our services and programs, directing customers to online resources and providing them with accurate information about our centres, programs and memberships
- Providing information to existing and prospective members inquiring about joining, renewing or changing their memberships, and conducting onsite tours of our facilities
- Developing and maintaining effective and tailored interactions with a range of people including those from different socio-economic, ethno-religious, age and ability groups
- Visiting local businesses and conducting sales presentations on corporate memberships
- Providing exceptional customer service and guest experiences, including promptly answered queries and appropriate follow up
