**What you’ll do (but not limited to)**

We are currently searching for a switched-on Retail Manager to take our **Ramsay Pharmacy Cairns** to the next level. Lead a professional & fun team with a great working roster from Monday to Friday. This position requires a passionate individual with an ability to guide and lead others, drive sales, and meet KPI's.
- Provide amazing customer service
- Manage stock and invoices
- Maintain employee work direction including base rostering, training and annual leave
- Create an empowering culture that enables the whole team to excel

**What you’ll bring**
- Ability to **manage** and **lead** a team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative, procedural and medication safety principles
- Minimum of 2+ years’ **experience** in a similar position
- Demonstrated **commitment** to customer service, inventory control & continuous quality improvement.
- Experience in a **retail pharmacy** setting is highly desirable, but not essential.

It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:

- Up to date COVID-19 vaccinations using vaccines approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
- A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
