The Mirage Resort is looking for a part-time receptionist to join our team. Located close to the beach in Alexandra Headland we offer 4.5 star self contained apartments and fantastic facilities.

The role includes all aspects of Hotel Reception including but not limited to:

- Handling all guest check in and checkout requirements
- Handling all guest enquiries
- Handling guest special requests, issues and complaints in a pleasant and level headed manner
- General administration
- Previous resort reception experience
- Experience with resort software preferred
- Flexible with availability, and able to cover every second weekend
- A positive, friendly attitude
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to work unsupervised

The role will be approximately 20 hours per week, but may vary seasonally.
