**About the role**

This leadership position will see you responsible for a team of 6 Accounts Receivable professionals. The individual best suited to this role would be someone who likes to lead from the front, inspire and equally still be a part of identifying and leading finance process improvements, including integration of acquired entities.
- Here’s what you’ll be doing:_
- Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to team of accounts receivable officers
- Manage team to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Ensure all customer invoices and credit notes are loaded into SAP by design, correctly on a timely basis
- Verify that outstanding invoices are paid by customers within terms
- Provide manual invoices and credit notes to business units when required
- Accurately set up new customers in SAP by design
- Allocate receipts from customers to the customer’s account in a timely manner
- Prepare quality monthly Debtor aging reports for all entities
- Work to continually improve organisational systems and processes to maximise efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity to deliver quality outcomes
- Integrate and align finance processes across entities within the APM Group

**_Experience and Qualifications_**
- 2+ Years’ experience management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- In depth knowledge of Accounts Receivable
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and lead through change
- High degree of self-motivation, coupled with a “Can do” attitude
- Sound time management and organisational skills
- Microsoft Office suite of programs
