**Your Impact**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reliability and Maintenance Manager to join our Yatala Brewery. In this role you will deliver improvements to plant and equipment performance through an effective program of preventative and predictive maintenance in conjunction with continuous improvement activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the maintenance function to ensure ongoing operation of plant and equipment through reactive and preventative maintenance activities and in line with long term reliability agenda to deliver on OEE, reliability, uptime, stoppages and OH&S targets
- Generation of asset management and CAPEX plans to deliver on operations and strategic plans for submission to National Engineering
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships between operations and maintenance teams to deliver on production metrics
- Lead the management of utilities across site ensuring, as a minimum, that all legislative compliance requirements are met for all relevant plant equipment
- Identify and implement initiatives/strategies leading to improvements in utilities performance across QCDSM metrics
- Manage maintenance budget for site efficiently and within the constraints of variable volume adjustment

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering
- Prior experience leading reliability and/or maintenance programs in large volume/high speed production operations (advantageous if previous experience is in FMCG or Mining)
- Strong understanding of reliability and maintenance practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to remain composed and logical in high stress situations
