**Your new role**

As the Administrator/Media Coordinator, you will oversee the seamless operation of our media booking processes while providing essential administrative support across day-to-day workflow including data entry and reporting.

You are required to:

- Provide timely and accurate executive support to the Media Executives and Managing Director
- Liaise and meet with media executives from various platforms (TV, Cinema, Radio, Out of Home, Print & Digital) to coordinate and oversee all media booking stages and deadlines are met.
- Provide administration assistance to the internal media team across bookings, research, and internal documents
- Oversee general office responsibilities such as managing incoming calls, welcoming visitors, and coordinating office supply orders
- Manage project deadlines whilst prioritising daily workflow
- Ensure processes are followed and regularly updated
- Liaise between staff, media partners, suppliers, and clients alike

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential, preferably in the media/marketing industry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly developed organisation skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively
- Exceptional computer literacy across the Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A high level of professionalism and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a collaborative environment
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Any previous experience with the Adobe Suite, Canva, social media marketing, and/or copywriting will be advantageous
