**How will I help?**
At Westpac Group, all employees are allocated mandatory learning based on their role. Join Westpac's Learning Services team to lead and provide consultation throughout the end-to-end life cycle for all aspects related to mandatory learning, including governance, design, allocation and deployment.
You will join a team that help our customers across the enterprise design best-in-class learning and support them through the maze of development and deployment. **What do I need?**
- Strong governance & risk focus (SOX Controls)
- Strong technical experience in Learning & Development (preferred)
- Good stakeholder management and project management skills
- Relentless in providing the best customer service
- Driven to identify and then implement simplification opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Structured way of working with attention to detail is critical
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of self-direction, problem solving ability and self-motivated.
- Exceptional consulting skillsExposure to participating in audits.
