**Join our family**:
We’re seeking a Store Manager who leads by example. You’ll be a passionate and dedicated self-starter. In this role, you'll:

- Connect with and understand the unique demands of new and expectant parents by providing customer service that goes above and beyond
- Be responsible for meeting and beating store targets
- Champion our core values on the shop floor in everything you do
- Recruit new superstar team members and facilitate their growth, training and performance
- Build and maintain a genuine bond with your staff
- Commit to a safety-first culture, both for staff and customers by ensuring all OH&S standards are upheld
- Respect and listen to team members to build an unbreakable team dynamic
- Monday to Tuesday roster

**What you'll bring to the role**:
You'll
- Have a great deal of store management experience (2-3 years)
- Be a natural communicator and comfortable managing people
- Guide our customers through our range of brands and products
- Have a great track-record and meeting and beating sales targets and KPI’s
- Be an empathetic leader who gets a kick out of seeing your team thrive
- Be comfortable inspiring and motivating your team to exceed their sales targets
