Student Industrial Cleaners

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of production equipment, work areas and facilities.
- Use industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Dispose of waste and by-products appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
**As an On-Call cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across multiple sites in the Brisbane area. These include locations in Dinmore and Cannon Hill. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and access to your own transport to ensure you can travel to different sites when required.**
- **ON-CALL Positions**:

- Multiple sites including Dinmore, Wacol and Cannon Hill QLD.
- IMMEDIATE start if required (Pending Q Fever vaccination)
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, preferable in a **meat works/ abattoir **setting. (Preferred but not required)
- Student visa holders preferred for these positions
- Ability to work night shift, Monday to Friday (Weekends when required)
- Available to work 48+ per fortnight
- Afternoon or Night shift
- Valid visa required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Own transport, preferably own car.
- Paid as per the Cleaning Services Award "MA00022".

Pay: $37.31 - $42.12 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:
